摘　　要：充分了解化疗药物在使用过程中的职业暴露的危险因素及防护措施非常重要。肿瘤专业护士的培养,生物安全柜的使用,集中式化疗药物的配置管理,规范了化疗药物的操作流程及管理。集中式化疗药物配置管理,可在很大程度上减少护士的职业暴露和保障护士的身心健康。To fully understand the risk factors and preventive measures of occupational exposure during the use course of chemotherapy drugs are important.The tumor professional nurses were cultivated;the biological safety cabinet was used;the centralized chemotherapy drugs configuration management was given.The operating process and management of chemotherapydrugs were standardized.Centralized chemotherapy drug configuration management reduces the occupational exposure of nurses and protects the physical and mental health of nurses in a large part.
