摘  要:为研究NaCl胁迫对葡萄株系A34和1103P植株根系活性氧代谢的影响,对一年生1103P和A34的盆栽扦插苗进行100 mmol/L Na Cl胁迫处理,测定植株根系活力、根系O_2^(·-)产生速率、H_2O_2和MDA含量以及根系抗氧化酶活性等指标。结果表明:A34根系的生长受盐胁迫影响小于1103P,其细胞膜系统受盐胁迫的伤害程度也小于1103P;与1103P相比,A34的根系活力降低幅度以及O_2^(·-)产生速率、H_2O_2和MDA含量的升高幅度均较小,而盐胁迫后的抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT和POD)活性均表现快速升高后小幅度降低趋势。说明在盐胁迫下较高的抗氧化酶活性、较低的H_2O_2和MDA增加量与A34具有较高的耐盐性密切相关。One-year old potted grape rootstock A34and1103P were irrigated with100mmol/L NaCl to study theeffect of NaCl stress on reactive oxygen species metabolism in roots.Root activities,root O2·-generation rate andMDA content,H2O2and root activities of antioxidant enzymes were determined.The results showed that the rootgrowth of A34was less affected by salt stress than1103P,and the damage degree of cell membrane system wasless than1103P.Compared with1103P,the decrease of root activities and the rate of O2·-production,the increaseof H2O2and MDA content were lower in A34,and the activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,CAT and POD)increased quickly and then decreased slightly.It indicated that the higher activities of antioxidant enzymes and lowercontent of H2O2and MDA under salt stress were closely related with the higher salt tolerance of A34.
