摘　　要：本文结合辽宁城市建设职业技术学院市政工程技术专业人才培养模式,提出了高职土建类专业"345"人才培养模式的构建过程,为省内高职类院校同类或相似专业人才培养模式制定提供参考。This paper puts forward the construction process of"345"talent training mode of civil engineering specialty in highervocational colleges in combination with the training mode of municipal engineering technology specialty in Liaoning Urban ConstructionTechnical College,which provides reference for the development of talent training mode for similar professional talents in higher vocationalcolleges.
