基于民用飞机的研发工时定额管理研究

摘　　要：在民用飞机研制过程中,研发工时的不确定性导致设计成本无法准确估计。为了设计经济的飞机,本文结合民用飞机电源系统的研发流程,提出了研发工时定额管理。通过研究定额制定的管理和设计流程、确立和分类定额对象、制定定额标准、制定研发工时的管理和考核流程、进行工时差异分析以及引入成长曲线,对民机研发工时的管理和考核。这种方法管理研发工时,可以合理地估计和控制设计成本,并保证设计工作的质量。As the uncertainty of R&D man-hours,R&D cost cannot be calculated accurately in the process of designing commercialaircraft.Based on Electronic Power System,R&D man-hour quota management is discussed to design economic airplane.The articleincludes making quota management organization&procedure,setting and classifying quota object,establishing quota criterion,making manhoursmanagement&procedure,hour variance and growing curve.This management can estimate and control R&D cost and make anassurance towards design work.
