摘　　要：本文运用统计学的分析方法,按实施六西格玛管理法的DMAIC流程,对六西格玛在定义、测量、分析、改进及控制各阶段过程中所应用的工具、方法及技巧等进行了全面的诠释,以此显示了六西格玛管理在改进企业产品质量、降低服务成本等方面带来的巨大经济效益,同时,也树立了以顾客为导向、以数据为基础的管理理念。In this paper,the auther makes the comprehensive interpretation on the tools,methods and skills used in the process ofdefining,measuring,analyzing,promoting and controlling,which shows that six sigma management brings huge economic benefits byimproving the service and cutting the cost on the service,at the same time,sets the managing idea based on the consumer and the statistic.
