摘　　要：针对大学生对专业理解不深的现实情况和教育部关于加强实践教学的文件精神,分析了财经类院校工程管理专业所面临的现状并指出了其在实践教学中遇到的问题,指出了建立工程管理综合实训实验平台、健全"双师双能型"教师引进与培养机制的必要性,并强调了需从三个层面确保实践教学的顺利开展。In view of the fact that the students are not familiar with the major and according to the document spirit by educationdepartment of strengthen practice teaching,this paper analyzes the present situation of engineering management major in finance andeconomics colleges and expounds the problems encountered in practice teaching.The necessity is pointed out that comprehensiveexperiment platform of engineering management should be established and the introduction and cultivation mechanism of double qualifiedteachers should be perfected.It is emphasized that three steps should be taken to guarantee practical teaching going smoothly.
