气候变迁与伤寒学说兴衰变化的关联性研究

摘　　要：文章从中医医史文献学的角度,从气候变迁与伤寒学说创立的关联性、气候变迁与中国医学史上伤寒学说兴衰的关联性2个方面,探讨气候变迁对伤寒学说兴衰变化的影响。发现在历史上气候寒冷时伤寒学说备受关注,气候温暖时伤寒学说则被冷落。气候变迁与伤寒学说兴衰演变的发展规律有着直接的关联性,但在气候趋暖的现代环境下,如何继承和发扬仲景学术思想,利用伤寒经方对现代疾病进行治疗,将气候因素纳入医疗思维中有待进一步研究。From the perspective of history and literature of TCM,this article discussed the effects of climate change on the rise and fall of Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases from the aspects of the relevance of climate change and the establishment of Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases and the relevance of climate change and the rise and fall of Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases in China’s medical history.It was found that Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases was attracted attention during the cold time in history,while it was neglected during the warm time.There is a direct relevance between climate change and the development law of the evolution of Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases.But in the warm climate of the modern environment,these aspects are required further research:how to inherit and carry forward Zhongjing thoughts,how to apply typhoid prescriptions to the treatment of modern diseases,how to include climate factors into the medical thinking.
