摘  要:为分析不同因素对掺加抗车辙剂的沥青混合料高温性能的影响及显著程度,试验选取3种成分各异的抗车辙剂,通过室内马歇尔试验、国产车辙试验及汉堡车辙试验,并采用正交试验方法,探讨抗车辙剂种类、掺量及混合料级配等因素对沥青混合料高温性能的影响规律及显著性水平。研究结果表明:不同因素对混合料高温性能的影响强弱差异明显,具体为:抗车辙剂种类>抗车辙剂掺量>级配类型,且试验方法影响不同因素的显著性水平;抗车辙剂PR对混合料高温性能的改善效果最佳,其次为抗车辙剂RA,抗车辙剂Duroflex的效果相对较差。随着抗车辙剂掺量的增加,混合料高温性能的改善程度逐渐减弱。其混合料高温性能影响各因素水平组合较好方案为"PR抗车辙剂+0.45%车辙剂掺量+AC-16型矿料级配"。研究成果为抗车辙剂的选择、合理掺量确定以及混合料高温性能的优化提供参考指导。To analyze effects of different factors on high-temperature performance of asphalt mixture with anti-rutting additive,three different anti-rutting additives were selected to conduct Marshall test,rutting test and Hamburg wheel tracking test,all aimed to study effects of anti-rutting additive,content and mixture gradation on high-temperature performance and significance level of asphalt mixture by orthogonal test.The results show that different factors significantly influenced high-temperature performance of asphalt mixture,and the differences are remarkable,as follows:type of anti-rutting additive,content of anti-rutting additive,mixture gradation,while the significance level of different factors is affected by test method.The effect of PR in improving the hightemperature performance of asphalt mixture is best,followed by RA,and the effect of Duroflex is relatively poor.In addition,the improvement of high-temperature performance gradually diminishes with the increasing content of anti-rutting additive.The recommended combination of factors for best high-temperature performance of asphalt mixture is“PR anti-rutting additive+content is0.45%+AC-16aggregate gradation.The result provides reference for selection of anti-rutting additive,optimization of content with anti-rutting additive,and optimal high-temperature performance.
