摘 要:汽车悬架系统在协调车辆的操纵稳定性和乘坐舒适性方面起着极为重要的作用。悬架系统中的关键部件是减振器。减振器侧向力及其引起的摩擦力的方向和幅值变化在很大程度决定了悬架性能好坏,因此需要对减振器总成封口预应力进行较为精确的检测,以判断减振器装配和工艺性能的优劣。鉴于此,总结了减振器预应力的检测方法,针对直接检测方法出现的问题,对其所用传感器结构进行了改进,克服了产品旋转对数据线的危害,因此能够保证获得稳定可靠的预应力及其检测方法,操作也非常方便。Vehicle suspension system plays an extremely import part in improving vehicle ride comfort and handling. The key part of suspension system is shock absorber. The performance of the suspension system depends largely on the lateral force of the shock absorber and the direction and magnitude of the friction caused by the shock absorber. Therefore it is necessary to make a more accurate detection of the shock absorber to judge the performance of the shock absorber. Therefore the detection methods of the prestress of the shock absorber were analyzed in this paper. In view of the existing problem of direct detecting method, the structure of the sensor was improved to overcome the harm of the product rotation to the data line. At the same time, it can guarantee the stability and reliability of the prestress and its test method, and the operation was very convenient.
