探讨吻合器在治疗贲门癌与食管癌手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的对贲门癌与食管癌手术中使用吻合器的效果进行研究分析,为临床手术治疗提供依据。方法 36例贲门癌与食管癌患者,分为对照组和观察组,各18例。对照组患者使用金属钉吻合器进行手术治疗,观察组患者使用镍钛记忆合金加压吻合环进行手术治疗。比较两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者术中出血量为(322.4±61.3)ml、手术时间为(2.82±1.30)h、住院时间为(10.5±3.2)d,均少于对照组的(357.4±72.3)ml、(4.32±2.16)h、(15.6±5.2)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为5.6%(1/18),对照组为11.1%(2/18),两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论镍钛记忆合金加压吻合环应用于贲门癌与食管癌手术治疗的效果比较优秀,安全性比较高,并发症发生率低,值得推广使用。Objective To research and analyze effect by anastomat applied in operation for cardia cancerand esophageal cancer,and to provide reference for clinical operation treatment.Methods A total of36patientswith cardia cancer and esophageal cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with18cases in each group.The control group received metal nail anastomat for operation treatment,and the observationgroup received nickel-titanium memory alloy compression anastomat ring for operation time.Comparison was madeon intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,hospital stay time and occurrence of complications between thetwo groups.Results The observation group had intraoperative bleeding volume as(322.4±61.3)ml,operationtime as(2.82±1.30)h and hospital stay time as(10.5±3.2)d,which were all less than(357.4±72.3)ml,(4.32±2.16)h and(15.6±5.2)d in the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Theobservation group had incidence of complications as5.6%(1/18),which was11.1%(2/18)in the control group,and thedifference had no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Implement of nickel-titaniummemory alloy compression anastomat ring in operation for cardia cancer and esophageal cancer shows excellent effectand high safety,along with low incidence of complications.This method is worth promoting and applying.
