摘　　要：VAN系轻客电动外摆门主要应用于旅游客车、团体客运车、专用校车等高端领域,不仅需要满足客车门洞尺寸、踏步尺寸等法规要求,同时也要参考主流车型外摆门设计方案,将门洞造型设计为规则形状。当门洞造型变动、尺寸变大时,要力争保证A柱、B柱完整性,通过在门框上下车体进行结构加强,来实现车体右前门的通过性以及结构的稳定性和可靠性。VAN is light passenger electric swing doors are mainly applied in tourist buses,passenger transportation group,dedicated school bus,and other areas of the high-end,not only need to meet passenger door size,step size and otherregulatory requirements,as well as the reference place design of door outside the mainstream models,the modelling designwas as rules shape.When the model changes,size was bigger,to strive to ensure that A column,B column integrity,throughthe door frame car body structure to strengthen,to achieve the right front door through sexual the vehicle and structurestability and reliability.
