摘 要:与生产、试验过程中常用的恒流充放电方式不同,电池储能电站在电力系统中主要受恒功率充放电的指令调度。为了掌握储能电池在恒功率条件下的特性,建立相应的恒功率测试方法和标准,对66 Ah磷酸铁锂储能电池进行了不同倍率的恒流充放电和恒功率充放电测试,并对两种测试方法下电池的充放电曲线、容量、能量、效率等参数特性进行了比较。结果发现,恒流恒压充放电模式下,电池的倍率性能较好,1小时率放电容量保持率高达98.97%,充电能量表现出随倍率增大而增大的变化趋势;恒功率充放电模式下,电池由于不能完全充满电,倍率性能比较差,1小时率电池放电容量和放电能量分别为59.68 Ah和188.18 Wh,仅为10小时率条件下的91.38%和88.85%。此外,两种测试方式下的容量、能量均在3 h附近出现拐点,在该倍率下,可以用放电容量与工作电压的乘积来计算放电能量,误差均在0.3%以内。Different from the commonly used constant current(CC)charge-discharge method during battery manufacturing and testing,constant power(CP)charge-discharge method is more suitable for the batteries used in energy storage stations(EESs).In order to achieve the characteristics of the batteries under CP tests and further establish the corresponding testing methods and standards,the characteristics of66Ah LiFePO4prismatic cells for EES application were investigated under CC and CP tests in this study.Their cell performances including charge-discharge curves,capacities,energies and Coulombic efficiencies were systematically studied.The results showed that the rate capabilities under CC tests were higher than those under CP tests,because the former capacity was easily filled.The capacity retention under CC tests was up to98.97%at the1h rate.Under CP tests,the capacity and the energy at the1h rate were59.68Ah and188.18Wh,only91.38%and88.85%of that at10h rate,respectively.In addition,the battery capacity and energy curves showed an inflection point at3h rate under both testing methods.At that point,the discharge energy could be easily multiplied by the discharge capacity and voltage,with an error less than0.3%.
