鸦胆子注射液联合同步放化疗治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨鸦胆子注射液联合同步放化疗治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:90例Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组,对照组45例同步放化疗治疗,观察组45例在放射治疗同时给予鸦胆子油乳注射液,观察和比较两组在临床疗效及不良反应的差异。结果:观察组有效率为57.8%,对照组为37.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者1年生存率、局部复发率及远处转移率、不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在同步放化疗的基础上,加用鸦胆子注射液治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌,虽然未能改善患者的远期预后,但提高患者的近期临床疗效,未增加不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe efficacy and side effects of brucea javanica oil emulsion plus concurrent chemoradiotherapy on treating III non-small cell lung cancer.Method:84cases of III non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups,42cases given conventional concurrent chemoradiotherapy,42cases for Brucea javanica oil emulsion plus concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Results:Efficiency in the observation group(57.8%)is higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Survival rates for one year,the local recurrent rates,distant metastasis and side effects in two groups are not statistically significant,(P>0.05).Conclusion:Brucea javanica oil emulsion is significantly effective on treating III non-small cell lung cancer,with concurrent chemoradiotherapy;although it can't improve the long term prognosis.
