健脾温肾活血法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征58例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾温肾活血法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:将114例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者按照随机自愿的原则分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予以健脾温肾活血法加减治疗,对照组予以口服地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊、固本益肠片药物治疗。4周为一个疗程,观察临床治愈率、有效率及临床症状、体征改善情况。结果:治疗组临床疗效总有效率为94.83%,对照组为85.71%(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率为98.27%,对照组为89.29%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾温肾活血法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征有较好的疗效。Objective:To observe efficacy of the Jianpi Wenshen Huoxue decoction on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowelsyndrome.Methods:114patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated by theJianpi Wenshen Huoxue therapy.The control group was treated with bacillus licheniformis viable capsule plus the Guben Yichang tablets,4weeks as a course.Clinical cure rate,efficacy and clinical symptoms and signs in two groups were observed.Results:The total efficiencywas94.83%in the treatment group and85.71%in the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency of the TCM syndrome was98.27%in the treatment group,better than89.29%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Jianpi Wenshen Huoxue therapy on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome has a good effect.
