高血压与抑郁相关性研究进展

摘　　要：高血压和抑郁症是现代社会日益严重的心血管和精神卫生疾病,且高血压合并抑郁症也具有很高的发病率。二者发病机制非常复杂,尚不完全明确,但从中医、西医两种角度分析发现,高血压和抑郁症关系密切,抑郁情绪会引起和加重高血压的症状。近年来,炎性细胞因子学说逐渐成为二者发病机制的重要假说,为探讨二者的发病机制和治疗方法提供了崭新的思路。与高血压和抑郁症相关的细胞因子主要有C-反应蛋白、血管紧张素Ⅱ、白介素-1β、细胞间黏附分子-1等,如果通过对细胞因子的干预可改善和治疗抑郁症状,可能对高血压的预防和治疗会起到积极的作用。本文从炎性细胞因子的角度对高血压和抑郁相关性的研究进展进行了综述。Hypertension and depression are increasingly serious cardiovascular and psychiatric disorders in modern society,and hypertension with depression also has a high incidence.The pathogenesis of the two is very complex,not entirely clear,but fromthe perspective of TCM and Western medicine,high blood pressure and depression were closely related;depression would cause andaggravate the symptoms of hypertension.In recent years,inflammatory cytokine theory had gradually become an important hypothesisof the pathogenesis of the two,provided a new way of thinking to explore the pathogenesis and treatment for the two.Cytokinesassociated with hypertension and depression were mainly C-reactive protein,angiotensin II,interleukin-1β,intercellular adhesionmolecule-1,etc..If the intervention by cytokines can improve and treat depressive symptoms,hypertension prevention and treatmentwould play a positive role.A review on the correlation of hypertension and depression from the perspective of inflammatory cytokineswas given in this paper.
