摘　　要：目的:探讨奥氮平片合并奋乃静片治疗精神分裂症的疗效和不良反应。方法:收治精神分裂症患者60例,随机分为合用组和单用组,比较两组治疗效果。结果:合用组PANSS总分及阳性因子分明显低于单用组(P<0.05)。结论:奥氮平片合并奋乃静片治疗精神分裂症的疗效显著,不良反应少。Objective:To explore the efficacy and adverse reactions of olanzapine tablets combined with perphenazine tablets inthe treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:60patients with schizophrenia were selected.They were randomly divided into thecombination group and the single group.We compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:In the combination group,PANSS totalscore and positive factor scores were significantly lower than those in the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy ofolanzapine tablets combined with perphenazine tablets in the treatment of schizophrenia was significant,and adverse reactionswere few.
