摘　　要：高校是中国文化的集散地和传播地。作为引领社会进步、倡导人类文明的探索者与实践者,高校理应在学习型党组织建设中起到引领示范作用。本文从建立学习保障机制、搭建实践平台、完善监督考核机制等三个方面,探索了高校基层学习型党组织建设的途径与方法。College is the distribution and dissemination of Chinese culture.As the explorers and practitioners of leading social progress and advocating human civilization,college should play an exemplary role in the construction of learning-oriented Party organizations.This paper explores the ways and methods of the construction of learning-type rass-roots Party organization from three parts:building learning assurance mechanisms,building practical platform,improving supervision and evaluation mechanismand so on.
