摘  要:为了解决平菇子实体易碎、保鲜时间不长、不方便运输等问题,以2011-1、衡蔬平20147、姬菇王等10个小姬菇菌株为材料进行品比试验。结果表明:10个供试品种中,广温姬菇最适合做小姬菇生产,衡蔬平20147、姬菇黑一适宜作大平菇生产,其他7个品种可依据市场需要或作小姬菇或作大平菇生产销售。The screening and comparison experiment was conducted among ten Pleurotus cornucopiae strains,such as the2011-1,Hengshuping20147,the Pleurotus cornucopiae king,etc.,in order to solve the problems of fragile fruiting body,the short freshness time,and Not easy to transport in the production of mushroom.The results showed that the wide temperature-type mushroom is suitable for theproduction of small Pleurotus cornucopiae;Hengshuping20147and Heiyi Pleurotus cornucopiae are suitable for the production of bigPleurotus cornucopiae;the others could to be producted and sold as small or big Pleurotus cornucopiae according to market requirement.
