摘  要:随着现代舰船试验冲击环境严酷度的提高,需对冲击试验测量用仪器进行更有效的冲击防护。抗冲击仪器平台通过三向大变形抗冲击设计,并运用冲击仿真技术研究为试验用测量仪器提供一个可靠稳定的抗冲击工作环境,同时提供可靠稳定的电源环境以及便捷的操作空间。抗冲击平台选用大变形空气弹簧,采取拼装式框架设计,样机的实船安装满足了平台的安装功能要求。仿真计算结果说明三向大变形抗冲击平台方案所选用的抗冲击元件能够满足台体的变形位移要求,所选取的台体材料在冲击环境下未超出其许用应力范围。The equipment for impact testing needs effective buffering protection under the rigorous shock environment.A new buffering platform with3-direction large deformations can provide a reliable working environment for the testing equipment on the platform.Meanwhile,it can provide a stable power supply and a sufficiently large operating space in the progress of impact test.Buffering platform is an elastic platform that consists of large deformations air spring swith air damping cavity,which configures an isolation transformer and a continuous high power supply from the ship electrical power system.Based on the numerical analysis by MSC.Nastran software,laboratory test and practical equipment impact test,it is demonstrated that the buffering platform with the testing equipment is a necessary protection device for reliably acquiring testing data during the impact test.
