摘　　要：马克思主义要成为人民群众认识世界和改造世界的强大思想武器,就必须打通马克思主义文本话语、理论话语与大众话语之间的壁垒,构建起既能遵循马克思主义基本理论、观点和方法,又能为广大人民群众所认同、掌握和运用的具有中国特色、气派和风格的马克思主义大众话语主导权。在大众话语领域中争夺主导权日趋激烈的当下,马克思主义大众话语面临西方主流话语强势渗透的"挤压"、在国内大众话语领域中"失语"和国际主流话语领域中"失声"的困境。因此,加强马克思主义大众话语主导权建设是当前我国意识形态建设面临的重大现实课题,需要着力打造融通中外话语的新概念新范畴,采取人民群众喜闻乐见的马克思主义大众话语表述,建设集科学性、民族性、时代性和人民性于一体的马克思主义大众话语主导权。In order for Marxism to become a powerful weapon of ideas for the people in understanding and changing the world,we must break down the barriers between the discourse of the Marxist texts,the theoretical discourse and the popular discourse,and achieve the dominance of Marxism in popular discourse with Chinese characteristics,Chinese manner and Chinese style,which both abides by fundamental theory,viewpoints and methodology of Marxism and is identified,grasped and utilized by the people. At present,with the increasingly fierce competition for the dominance in popular discourse,Marxist popular discourse is faced with the difficulty of squeezed space under the forceful penetration of mainstream Western discourse,and absence of voices in the field of popular discourse both at home and abroad. It is therefore an important project of the ideological construction in contemporary China to strengthen the construction of dominance of Marxism in popular discourse. To that end,we must create new concepts and categories that integrate Chinese and foreign popular discourses,adopt expressions of popular discourse of Marxism that may connect with the people,and build the dominance of Marxist popular discourse that contains characters that are scientific,national and people-related.
