高校青年体育教师流失问题的现状调查与因素分析

摘　　要：该文结合高校体育工作实际,对体育教师离职的原因进行调查分析,研究结果认为,教师的离职包括薪水福利待遇低,学历晋升通道不畅;学校政策制度不合理;工作环境条件差,职业地位低;有家庭、住房等后顾之忧以及继续深造或学术交流的机会少等,并针对出现的问题提出了相应的改进建议。By the research methods of literature and interview,the reason for the loss of young PE teachers in Universities in China are investigated and analyzed,results show that:the young PE teachers in Colleges and universities in our country is mainly manifested in:loss of wages,welfare in the low;school policy system is not reasonable;working condition,occupation low status;family,housing and other backward,and further education and academic exchange opportunities,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions for the problems.
