摘　　要：目的:调查农村社区的老年抑郁发生情况及其影响因素。方法:采用自编一般情况表、老年抑郁量表(GDS)对298例农村社区老年人进行问卷调查。结果:298个调查对象中14.8%(44人)为重度抑郁,37.6%(112人)有轻中度抑郁,不同文化水平、居住方式、自评健康状况的老年人的抑郁情况存在差异,单因素Ordinal分析显示文化水平低、独居者、自评健康状况不佳者抑郁症状水平较文化水平高、非独居者、自评健康状况较好者高。结论:农村社区老年抑郁情况较为严重,需加强对农村社区老年人的心理护理。Objective:To investigate the situation of geriatric depression in rural communities and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of298elderly people in rural communities were surveyed by self-made general situation scale and geriatric depression scale(GDS).Results:Among the298subjects,14.8%(44)are suffered from severe depression;37.6%(112)have mild and moderate depression.The depression situations of the elderly with different cultural levels,living patterns and self-rated health statuses are different;single-factor Ordinal analysis shows that the depression level of those who have a low level of education and poor self-rated health statuses and live alone is higher than those who have a high level of education and good self-rated healthstatuses and live with their families.Conclusion:Geriatric depression is relatively severe in rural communities,so the psychological nursing of the elderly in the rural community needs to be strengthened.
