摘　　要：在当今知识经济发展多样化的时代,研究生创新和实践能力的培养不仅是高等教育工作的重点,也已经成为全社会普遍关注的话题。本文通过对苏黎世联邦理工学院独特的研究生教育进行个案分析,为我国高校培养具有实践创新能力的研究生提供启示与借鉴。In today's era of diversified development of knowledge economy,the cultivation of postgraduate'innovation and practical ability is not only the focus of higher education work,but also has become a topic of general concern to society as a whole.Through the case study of the unique postgraduate education of Swiss Federal Institute of Technology,Zurich,this paper provides enlightenment and reference for cultivating postgraduates with practice and innovation ability in China's universities.
