摘　　要：实验室是高校培养应用型人才的重要场所。新建应用型本科院校应该重视实验室的建设。本文通过对新建应用型本科院校实验室建设的现状进行分析,探讨了实验室建设中大型仪器的采购和管理使用、实验室管理体制、实验人员队伍培养三方面的内容,为新建应用型本科院校的实验室建设提供一定的参考。Laboratory is an important place for cultivating appliedtalents in colleges.The upgraded application-oriented undergraduatecolleges should pay more attention to laboratory construction.Based on the analysis of the status quo of laboratoryconstruction in upgraded application-oriented undergraduatecolleges,this paper discusses the three contents of laboratoryconstruction:purchasing and management of large equipment,laboratory management system,and experimental personneltraining.It could provide some references for the laboratory constructionin upgraded application-oriented undergraduate colleges.
