四边封口包装机自动对标装置的设计

摘　　要：为了使四边封口包装机包装出的成品美观、整齐,需要研发自动对标装置。论述了包装机中自动对标装置的对标原理及实施方法,即通过按钮控制各个差速器,使打字、横向断裂线、横切、纵封位置相对横封带对正;在传动系统中设计并分析了与自动对标装置相关联的的凸轮曲线。四边封口包装机采用自动对标装置后,能在6min内将板块的文字说明及双面图案完全对正,误差小于0.25 mm。In order to make the four side sealing packaging machine packaging products beautiful and tidy,need to develop automatic calibration device.In the four-side sealing and packaging machine,the principle and implementation method of the automatic calibration device are discussed,that is,the buttons are controlled by the buttons,so that the typing,transverse breaking line,crosscutting and longitudinal sealing position are relatively transverse.The cam curve associated with the automatic calibration device is designed and analyzed in the drive system.Four side sealing packaging machine using automatic calibration device,in6min will be the plate of the text description and double-sided pattern completely correct,the error is less than0.25mm.
