正畸牵引治疗冠根折前牙的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:观察外伤后根折至龈下的前牙残根正畸牵引治疗后的临床效果。方法:收集外伤后根折至龈下的前牙残根患者23例,共29颗患牙,用正畸技术牵引残根后全冠修复。结果:23例患者治疗后经1~5年后期跟踪,共27颗患牙治疗成功,牙根的生理功能得以维持,前牙美观和切割的功能恢复效果良好。其中有1例患者的1颗患牙牙根再次折断拔除,1例患者的1颗患牙牙周炎症导致患牙松动,无法保留拔除。结论:正畸牵引后冠修复可保留外伤根折残根,维持牙根牙周组织的生理功能,恢复患牙的美观和功能。Objective To investigate the curative effects on the treatment of crown-root fractures of the anterior teeth using themethod of orthodontic traction.Methods A total of23patients,29teeth included with anterior teeth crown-root fractures weretreatment received orthodontic traction.The curative effects were observed.Results The aesthetic and functional satisfactionof the treatment were better.1-5years after treatment,among the29teeth,27teeth achieved the standard of success,2wasa failure.Conclusion Orthodontic traction can provide good curative effects and prognosis in the treatment of anterior teethcrown-root fractures,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
