摘　　要：食管癌是指发生在食管上皮组织的恶性肿瘤,占所有恶性肿瘤的2%。全世界每年约有30万人死于食管癌,中国食管癌发生率及死亡率均较高,死亡率占50%以上。该文主要对近年来的内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗早期食管癌及癌前病变相关文献作一综述。Esophageal cancer is the occurrence of malignant tumors in the esophageal epithelium,accounting for2%of all malignant tumors.About300,000people die of esophageal cancer every year in the world,the incidenceof esophageal cancer and mortality in the world are the first,accounting for more than50%mortality.In thispaper,mainly in recent years,endoscopic submucosal dissection in the treatment of early esophageal cancer andprecancerous lesions related literature was reviewed.
