摘　　要：目的:探讨产科护理人员对丧婴护理的态度,旨在为临床护理教育与培训提供依据,深化推进优质护理服务。方法:选择2012年1月-2013年12月医院未开展护理干预及健康教育前的50例丧婴产妇及妇产科护士25名为对照组,选择2014年1月-2015年12月开展护理干预及健康教育后的50例丧婴产妇及妇产科护士25名为观察组。分析比较两组丧婴产妇的出院满意率和抑郁评分。结果:对照组的出院满意率为75.6%,明显低于观察组的96%,P<0.05;对照组的抑郁评分为(39.14±10.16)分,明显比观察组的(34.42±11.25)分高,P<0.05。结论:预期可确定丧婴导致产妇心理问题及家庭负担,明确通过丧婴护理学习培训,提升优质护理服务内涵,取得满意的社会效益,取得良好的效果。Objective:To explore the attitude of obstetric nursing staff to the nursing care of infants,in order toprovide the basis for clinical nursing education and training,and to promote the quality of nursing service.Methods:January2012-December2013in hospital before nursing intervention and health education of infant and maternalof funeral of50cases of obstetrics and gynecology nurse called the control group,25choice in January2014-December2015in our hospital after the nursing intervention and health education of infant and maternal of funeralof50cases of gynecology and obstetrics nurse called25observation group.Analysis and comparison for two groupsof infant and maternal hospital satisfaction and depression scores.shall specify two groups Results:control thedischarge of satisfaction rate was75.6%,significantly less than96%of the observation group,P<0.05;In the controlgroup(39.14±10.16)for depression score points,obviously than the observation group(34.42±11.25)points high,P<0.05.Conclusion:it is expected that the maternal psychological problems and family burden can be determinedby the loss of infant,and the study and training of infant nursing can be improved,and the connotation of high qualitynursing service can be improved.
