摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是培养合格介入放射学医师的必经之路,关系到介入放射学学科建设和发展。安徽省立医院介入放射科遵循介入医学人才成长规律,制定住院医师规培基本标准操作规程,引入双导师制教学模式,建立健全规培质量监管与反馈机制,提高了介入放射学科住院医师规范化培训教学效果,促进了介入放射学学科的可持续发展。The standardized training of resident physicians is the necessary way to cultivate qualifiedinterventional radiologists,which is relates to the construction and development of interventional radiology.In thedepartment of interventional radiology,Anhui provincial hospital,we follow the regularity of medical talent growth,established the standard operation procedure(SOP)to standardized training for residents,introduced the doubletutorial system teaching mode,established and improved the training quality supervision and feedback mechanism,which has achieved the purpose of improving the teaching effect of the standardized training for residents,andpromoted the sustainable development of interventional radiology.
