摘　　要：航海高职院校是专门以培养高素质技术技能型的航运人才为主的院校,如何培养学生既具有过硬的航海专业知识技能,又具有适应社会与航运企业岗位的要求,进入企业能立足、生存、发展的能力,这就要求高职航海教育必须引进优秀企业的文化理念,不断扩大工学结合、校企合作的深度和广度,推动校园文化与企业文化的对接和融合。以航海高职校园文化与航运企业文化的联系与区别作为切入点,对两者的对接与融合进行研究。Maritime vocational colleges are specialized in training high-quality skills of the shipping talents.How tocultivate students not only has excellent maritime professional knowledge and skills,but also has to adapt to society,to adaptto the requirements of shipping companies,the survival and development of the ability,which requires high-level maritimeeducation must introduce excellent corporate culture,and constantly expand the combination of practice and theory,collegeenterprisecooperation in depth and breadth,to promote the campus culture and corporate culture docking and integration.Thispaper takes the connection and the difference of campus culture and shipping enterprise culture as the entry point,and studiesthe docking and fusion of them.
