摘　　要：在人民警察招录培养机制改革的背景下,各地公安院校要结合自身的历史文化特色,通过构建各自院校的核心价值观,让"社会主义核心价值观——公安院校核心价值观——人民警察核心价值观"实现"三观归一"。这是当前公安院校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的新思路。Under the background of the people’s police enrollment cultivation mechanism reform,police collegesand universities should combine their own historical and cultural characteristics,and by building the core values oftheir colleges,let“the core values of socialist core values,the core values of police colleges and universities,the corevalues of the people’s police”implement“the unity of three values”.This is a new idea of cultivating and practicing thesocialist core values in the police colleges and universities currently.
