参苓白术散加味治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参苓白术散加味治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:将62例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组,每组31例,对照组口服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片,观察组口服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片配合中药参苓白术散加味治疗,30d为一个疗程,观察两组综合疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:对照组总有效率为77.4%;观察组总有效率为93.5%。两组间总有效率比较,观察组疗效明显高于对照组,且不良反应低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义。结论:治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎具有较好的临床疗效。Objective:To observe effects of Shenling Baizhu San on chronic ulcerative colitis.Methods:62patients were randomlydivided into two groups,31cases in each group.The control group was given oral sulfasal sulfide enteric-coated tablets;the observationgroup was treated with Shenling Baizhu San more,30days as a course.The efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results:The total efficiency was77.4%in the control group,and significantly higher than93.5%in the observation group;the incidence ofadverse reaction was lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:Shenling Baizhu San on chronic ulcerative colitis shows a good clinical effect.
