摘  要:目的:探讨红花黄色素对糖尿病大鼠肾脏骨形成蛋白-7(BMP-7)、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)表达的影响,分析其保护肾脏损伤的机制。方法:20只大鼠予高脂高糖饲料喂养6周同时成功制造大鼠糖尿病模型后,将其随机分为模型组和红花黄色素治疗组,每组20只。并设立正常对照组10只。三组大鼠在给药干预8周后,分别检测肾脏BMP-7、CTGF、SOD、MDA的表达情况。结果:模型组肾组织BMP-7、SOD与正常对照组比较明显下调,CTGF、MDA表达明显升高;红花黄色素治疗组肾组织BMP-7、SOD与模型组比较明显上调,CTGF、MDA表达明显降低;红花黄色素治疗组大鼠血糖、尿白蛋白排泄率、肾小球体积、肾脏质量指数都比模型组明显下降。结论:红花黄色素对糖尿病大鼠肾脏有较好的保护作用,可能是通过调节以上研究因子而实现的。Objective:To investigate clinical effects of safflower yellow pigment on the expression of bone morphogenetic protein-7,connective tissue growth factor,xanthine oxidase and malondialdehyde in diabetic rats,and analyze the mechanism for protecting kidney.Methods:20rats were given high fat and high glucose diet for6weeks and were successfully manufactured diabetic rats,then wererandomly divided into the model group and safflower yellow pigment treatment group(n=20).And10rats were selected as the normalcontrol group.The expression of BMP-7,CTGF,SOD and MDA were detected in3groups after8weeks of medicine administration.Results:Compared with the normal control group,the expression of BMP-7and SOD in renal tissue in the model group was significantlylower;and the expression of CTGF and MDA was significantly increased.Compared with the model group,the expression of BMP-7,SODin the safflower yellow pigment treatment group was significantly up-regulated;and the expression of CTGF and MDA was significantlydecreased.Compared with the model group,the blood glucose,urinary albumin excretion rate,glomerular volume and kidney mass indexin the safflower yellow pigment group were significantly lower.Conclusion:Safflower yellow pigment has a better protective effect on thekidney of diabetic rats,and may be achieved goals by regulating the above research factors.
