摘　　要：目的:探析"久病及肾"理论在鼓胀病中的体现和证治应用。方法:对鼓胀病中医相关病机的梳理、对鼓胀病"久病及肾"理论的阐释及分析"久病及肾"理论在鼓胀病治疗方面的总结。结果:中医学"久病及肾"的学术观点在鼓胀病的发展、转归过程中,得到了全面的印证。结论:遵循鼓胀病"久病及肾"的病机及整体辨证规律,对肝病提出"从肾论治"的证治观点。Objective:To investigate application of the Jiubing Jishen therapy in treating tympanites.Methods:TCM pathogenesisof therapy of Jiubing Jishen and treatment were analyzed and summarized.Results:The therapy of Jiubing Jishen was confirmed in thedevelopment and prognosis of tympanites.Conclusion:Therapy of Jiubing Jishen and differentiation were followed for proposing theperspective from kidney.
