柔肝化纤方联合西药治疗肝硬化伴糖尿病肝肾阴虚型的疗效解析

摘　　要：目的:解析柔肝化纤方联合西药治疗肝硬化伴糖尿病肝肾阴虚型的疗效。方法:选取我院2013年9月-2015年12月收治的110例肝硬化伴糖尿病肝肾阴虚型患者,按照患者住院尾号的奇偶数,分成观察组和对照组,各55例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加用柔肝化纤方,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组和对照组的治疗总有效率分别为94.55%、72.73%,P<0.05。两组肝功能、凝血功能比较,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:肝硬化伴糖尿病肝肾阴虚型患者给予柔肝化纤方治疗,临床疗效确切,并可有效改善患者的肝功能和凝血功能。Objective:To analyze efficacy of the Rougan Huaxian decoction plus western medicine on liver cirrhosis with diabetesof the Ganshen Yinxu type.Methods:110patients from September2013to December2015were divided into the observation group andthe control group,55patients for each.The control group was given western medicine;and the observation group was given the RouganHuaxian decoction more.Efficiency in two groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency was94.55%in the observation group,and72.73%in the control group,P<0.05.The liver function and blood coagulation function in two groups were compared;and the differencewas significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Rougan Huaxian decoction plus western medicine on liver cirrhosis with diabetes of the GanshenYinxu type shows a curative effect,and improves liver function and coagulation function.
