银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液合复方丹参胶囊治疗中风后抑郁的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液合复方丹参胶囊治疗中风后抑郁的疗效观察。方法:选取2013年1月-2016年12月于我科就诊的中风后抑郁的患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规西医治疗,并给予银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上再给予复方丹参胶囊治疗,疗程为4周,比较两组患者的治疗前后汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)积分,白介素-6(IL-6)以及治疗总有效率。结果:治疗结束后观察组的汉密顿抑郁量表积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组IL-6的改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为70.0%,明显高于对照组的50.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液合复方丹参胶囊治疗中风后抑郁具有良好的临床效果,并且可以改善患者的实验室指标,具有一定的临床意义,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective:To investigate clinical effects of the Yinxing Ertie Neizhi Pu'an injection plus the Fufang Danshen capsule onpost-stroke depression.Methods:100cases were randomly divided into the control group and observation group.The control group wastreated with conventional western medicine and the Yinxing Ertie Neizhi Pu'an injection.The observation group was given the FufangDanshen capsule more.The treatment lasted for4weeks.HAMD score,interleukin-6and clinical efficacy in groups were compared.Results:The scores of HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of IL-6inthe observation group was better than that in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Clinical efficacy in theobservation group was70.0%,significantly higher than50.0%in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yinxing Ertie Neizhi Pu'an injection plus the Fufang Danshen capsule has a good clinical effect on post-stroke depression,and can improve the laboratory index of patients,shows a certain clinical significance,and is worth to promote the application in clinical practice.
