WAVE-ONE联合pathfile用于老年患者前牙区一次性根管治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的比较WAVE-ONE联合pathfile镍钛器械与机用ProTaper预备根管的治疗效果。方法 60例老年前牙区牙髓炎患者,随机分为A组与B组,各30例。A组使用WAVE-ONE+pathfile预备根管,B组使用机用ProTaper预备根管,观察两组疗效。结果 A组平均根管预备时间为(4.4±0.5)min,明显短于B组的(6.7±0.3)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组根管充填成功率为90%,与B组的93%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组治疗过程中舒适率为90%,明显高于B组的67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后1、2、3 d疼痛发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 WAVEONE联合pathfile能提高根管治疗效果,具有临床可行性。Objective To compare curative effect by WAVE-ONE combined with pathfile nickeltitaniuminstrument and machine used ProTaper for root canal preparation.Methods A total of60senile patientswith pulpitis in anterior teeth area were randomly divided into group A and group B,with30cases in each group.Group A received WAVE-ONE+pathfile for root canal preparation,and group B received machine used ProTaperfor root canal preparation.Curative effects were observed in the two groups.Results Group A had obviouslyshorter mean root canal preparation time as(4.4±0.5)min than(6.7±0.3)min in group B,and their differencehad statistical significance(P<0.05).Group A had success rate of root canal obturation as90%,which was93%in group B,and their difference had no statisticl significance(P>0.05).Group A had much higher comfort degreein treatment as90%than67%in group B,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was nostatistically significant difference of incidence of pain in postoperative1,2,3d between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of WAVE-ONE and pathfile can improve curative effect in endodontics treatment,andthis method contains clinical feasibility.
