早期针灸配合康复锻炼对脑卒中稳定期老年患者神经功能缺损及肢体运动功能的影响价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究早期针灸配合康复锻炼用于脑卒中稳定期老年患者中对于神经功能缺损、肢体运动功能恢复的影响。方法 130例稳定期脑卒中老年患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各65例。两组患者均给予常规内科治疗,在此基础上,对照组患者采用康复锻炼,观察组患者采用早期针灸配合康复锻炼,对比分析两组患者的治疗总有效率、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Brathel指数。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.92%,高于对照组患者的84.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗1、2、3、4周的NIHSS评分低于对照组,Brathel指数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期针灸配合康复锻炼用于老年稳定期脑卒中患者效果确切,可促进患者神经功能和肢体运动功能的恢复,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the impact of early acupuncture combined with rehabilitation exerciseon neurological impairment and limb motor function recovery in elderly patients with stroke of stable stage.Methods A total of130elderly patients with stroke of stable stage were randomly divided into observation groupand control group,with65cases in each group.Both groups received conventional medical treatment,and thecontrol group also received rehabilitation exercise.The observation group received early acupuncture combinedwith rehabilitation exercise.Comparison and analysis were made on total treatment effective rate,NationalInstitutes of Health Stroke scale(NIHSS)score and Brathel index in two groups.Results The observation grouphad higher total treatment effective rate as96.92%than84.62%in the control group,and the difference hadstatistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had lower NIHSS score and higher Brathel index thanthe control group after1,2,3and4weeks of treatment,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of early acupuncture and rehabilitation exercise shows affirmative effect in elderlypatients with stroke of stable stage,and it can promote recovery of neurologica function and limb motor function.So it is worthy of promotion and application.
