甲硝唑缓释药膜联合盐酸米诺环素治疗牙周炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究甲硝唑缓释药膜联合盐酸米诺环素治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。方法 52例牙周炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和参照组,每组26例。参照组患者应用盐酸米诺环素治疗,研究组患者应用甲硝唑缓释药膜联合盐酸米诺环素治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组患者的牙龈指数、牙齿松动指数、菌斑指数、牙周深度均优于参照组,差异均具有统计学意义(t=8.7574、8.9827、8.8661、8.3392,P<0.05)。研究组患者总有效率92.31%高于参照组的69.23%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率为11.54%,与参照组的19.23%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者复发率3.85%低于参照组的30.77%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周炎患者应用甲硝唑缓释药膜联合盐酸米诺环素治疗的临床疗效较为理想,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical curative effect of metronidazole sustained release membranecombined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods A total of52periodontitispatients were divided by random number table method into research group and control group,with26cases ineach group.The control group received minocycline hydrochloride for treatment,and the research group receivedmetronidazole sustained release membrane combined with minocycline hydrochloride for treatment.Clinicalcurative effect was compared in two groups.Results The research group had better gingival index,tooth looseningindex,plaque index,periodontal depth than the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(t=8.7574,8.9827,8.8661,8.3392,P<0.05).The research group had higher total effective rate as92.31%than69.23%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The research group had nostatistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions as11.54%,comparing with19.23%in thecontrol group(P>0.05).The research group had lower recurrence rate as3.85%than30.77%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of metronidazole sustainedrelease membrane and minocycline hydrochloride shows ideal clinical curative effect in periodontitis patients,andit is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
