摘　　要：目的探讨小脑血管母细胞瘤的CT,MRI表现及临床治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院收治的33例经病理证实为小脑血管母细胞瘤患者的影像学资料,治疗方法及预后。结果本组病例术前均行CT,MRI检查,囊实性肿瘤25例,单纯囊性5例,实质性3例;所有患者均为显微手术治疗,其中全切29例,次全切4例;平均随访时间2年,3例复发,无死亡病例。结论血管母细胞瘤具有较为典型的影像学特征;手术切除是目前首选治疗措施。Objective To investigate imagine diagnosis and clinical treatment for cerebellar hemangioblastoma.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in January2006-January2011were treated patients with hemangioblastomas about imagine,treatment and prognosis.Results The patients underwent CT,MRI examination,25solid and cystic tumor,5cases of pure cystic tumor,3cases of solid tumor,all of whom underwent microsurgery treatment.In the33cases,29cases was given total resection,4subtotal ectomy,the average follow-up time was two years,and3cases experienced recurrence.No death occurred.Conclusion Hemangioblastoma with a more typical imaging features,surgical resection is the preferred treatment.
