摘　　要：目的:探讨甲状腺乳头状癌早期诊断与治疗中联合检测细胞角蛋白19(CK19)、B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2(Bcl-2)、半乳糖凝集素3(Galectin-3)的意义。方法:收治甲状腺乳头状癌患者73例为A组,甲状腺良性病变患者70例为B组,两组均联合检测CK19、Bcl-2、Galectin-3阳性情况。A组采用对症治疗,依据治疗效果分为有效组和无效组,再次检测CK19、Bcl-2、Galectin-3阳性情况,观察两次检测结果。结果:A组患者CK19、Bcl-2、Galectin-3阳性率均高于B组(P<0.05);治疗后,有效组患者CK19、Bcl-2、Galectin-3阳性率低于无效组(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺乳头状癌早期诊断及治疗中联合检测CK19、Bcl-2、Galectin-3,可提升诊断准确率和治疗效果。Objective:To explore the significance of combined detection of CK19,Bcl-2and Galectin-3in the early diagnosis andtreatment of papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods:73patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma were selected as the A group.70patients with benign thyroid disease were selected as the B group.They were given combined detection of CK19,Bcl-2andGalectin-3positivity.The A group was treated with symptomatic treatment.They were divided into the effective group andineffective group according to the effect of treatment.They were given combined detection of CK19,Bcl-2and Galectin-3positivity again.We observed the results of the two tests.Results:In the A group,the positive rates of CK19,Bcl-2and Galectin-3were higher than those in the B group(P<0.05).After treatment,the positive rate of CK19,Bcl-2and Galectin-3in the effectivegroup was lower than that in the ineffective group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of CK19,Bcl-2and Galectin-3inthe early diagnosis and treatment of papillary thyroid carcinoma can improve the diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic effect.
