摘　　要：目的:探讨胰腺癌中TBOX2表达状况及其与临床病理指标的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测48例胰腺癌及12例癌旁正常组织标本中TBOX2表达状况,分析胰腺癌表达水平与临床病理的关系。结果:TBOX2在胰腺癌组织中强表达例数明显高于正常胰腺标本(P<0.01)。TBOX2表达与肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤转移程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:TBOX2表达阳性可能有助于诊断胰腺癌分化程度、淋巴结转移。TBOX2可能参与了胰腺癌的发生与发展,对胰腺癌的早期诊断与预后判断有重要意义。Objective:To investigate the expression of TBOX2in pancreatic cancer and its relationship with clinicopathologicalparameters.Methods:We detected the expression of TBOX2in48cases of pancreatic cancer and12cases of normal tissue aroundthe cancer with immunohistochemistry,and analyzed the relationship between the expression level of pancreatic cancer andclinicopathological features.Results:The strong expression cases of TBOX2in pancreatic cancer tissues were significantly higherthan the normal pancreas specimens(P<0.01).The expression of TBOX2was positively correlated with the degree of tumordifferentiation and the degree of tumor metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The positive expression of TBOX2may help to diagnosethe degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis.TBOX2may be involved in the occurrence and development of pancreaticcancer,and it was important for early diagnosis and judging prognosis of pancreatic cancer.
