摘 要:目的:探讨肌电生物反馈治疗仪治疗脑卒中后上肢运动功能障碍的疗效。方法:收治脑卒中后上肢运动功能障碍患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均接受常规治疗,观察组同时接受肌电生物反馈治疗仪治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组U-FMA和HGRT均有明显提高(P<0.05),且观察组U-FMA和HGRT均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肌电生物反馈仪能进一步提高脑卒中后上肢运动功能障碍的疗效,改善手功能。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of electromyographic biofeedback therapy apparatus in the treatment of upperlimb motor dysfunction after stroke.Methods:68patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group andthe control group.The two groups received routine treatment,and the observation group added electromyographic biofeedback therapyapparatus therapy.We compared the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results:After treatment,the U-FMA and HGRT of twogroups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group's U-FMA and HGRT were higher than the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electromyographic biofeedback therapy apparatus can further improve curative effect of upper limbmotor dysfunction after stroke and improve hand function.
