摘  要:常规的连续管作业机张紧力通过手动控制滚筒与注入头之间速度匹配控制实现,由于人为因素难以实现滚筒与注入头之间稳定的张紧力控制。该文设计的连续管作业机张紧力电液控制系统引入PLC控制技术,采用电液负荷传感控制模式,实现了滚筒与注入头之间连续管张紧力的自适应控制。应用实践表明:该系统运行平稳,操作简单,性能可靠,延长了连续管的使用寿命。The tension force of coiled tubing unit was conventionally realized by matching the speed between tubing reel and injector with the method of manual control,but it was difficult to gain steady tension force between tubing reel and injector because of artificial factor.The Electrohydraulic control system of tension force in coiled tubing unit which was presented by this article realized the adaptive control of tension force between tubing reel and injector by introducing PLC control technique and using the mode of Electrohydraulic control.The application results showed that the Electrohydraulic control system is stable with easy operation and reliable performance,prolonging the service limit of coiled tubing.
