摘 要:根据直动式溢流阀、先导式溢流阀的结构、工作原理,分析了先导式溢流阀的泄油口、外控口接法对其静态调整压力的影响,提出将外控口封堵时视为接无穷大压力,得出了统一的先导式溢流阀调整压力计算方法。并运用该计算方法分析了溢流阀串联、控制口外接的组合,以实现不同级别的系统压力的调整。According to structures and principle of direct-acting and pilot-operated relief valves,the influence of connecting ways of the pilot oil drain and the control port on response pressure was discussed.It was proposed that the pressure at control port is seen as infinite if the port is blocked,then a unified setting pressure calculation method was achieved.It was used on the analysis of relief valve series and control port with external pressure setting for multi-stage pressure adjustment.
