摘  要:目的探讨CLOCK基因rs11133399多态性和缺血性脑血管病患者睡眠障碍之间的关系,同时探究rs11133399多态性在缺血性脑血管病患者的发病机制中的可能的作用。方法选取2015年5月至2016年12月于我院就诊的缺血性脑血管病患者263例,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)17项评价患者的睡眠障碍,根据HAMD睡眠因子分数将患者分为睡眠障碍组(HAMD睡眠因子分>0分)133例和无睡眠障碍组(HAMD睡眠因子分=0分)130例;采用基因芯片技术检测CLOCK基因rs11133399位点各基因型分布频率。结果无睡眠障碍组患者rs11133399位点AG基因型分布频率明显高于睡眠障碍组(F=6.982,P=0.03)。结论缺血性脑血管病患者睡眠障碍可能与CLOCK基因rs11133399多态性有关。Objective:To explore the relationship between rs11133399polymorphism of CLOCK gene and sleep disorders in patients with Ischemic cerebrovascular disease,and to explore the possible role of rs11133399polymorphism in the pathogenesis of depressive disorder.Methods:A total of263Ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients were enrolled in our hospital from May2015to December2016Fifteen patients with sleep disorders were assessed by Hamilton Ischemic cerebrovascular disease Scale(HAMD).Patients were divided into sleep disorder group according to HAMD sleep factor score HAMD sleep factor score>0points)133cases and no sleep disorder group(HAMD sleep factor=0points)130cases;using gene chip technology to detect C LOCK gene rs11133399loci genotype distribution frequency.Results:The frequency of distribution of AG genotype in rs11133399locus was significantly higher than that in sleep disorder group(F=6.982,P=0.03).Conclusion:Sleep disorders in patients with Ischemic cerebrovascular disease may be associated with the CLOCK gene rs11133399polymorphism.
