摘　　要：手机资费问题已成为大众关注的热点问题之一,对此以普洱学院的移动资费为例,在指导大学生理性选择套餐上作出了相应研究。问题一,通过建立分段函数模型,用MATLAB画出函数图像并运用层次分析法进行分析、比较,发现新套餐比原有套餐更加优惠;问题二,在现有"套餐"方案运营商的收入降低不超过20%的条件下,以手机套餐资费方案的五个相关因素结合不等式来设计,推出新"套餐"方案,既满足大学生的"省钱"攻略,又符合运营商的盈利目标。Mobile phone tariff issue has become one of the hot issues of public concern,more and more packages dazzling.Based on mobile tariff Pu'er Institute as an example,in the guidance of College Students'rational choice package made corresponding research problems.By piecewise function model is set up in the problem,use MATLAB to draw out the function of image and carries on the analysis and comparison of the use of analytic hierarchy process(ahp),to launch new package is progress;Question2in the existing"package"solution operator is not reduced by20%under the condition of income,with mobile phone plans to design of the five factors associated with combination of inequality,to launch new"package"solution,not only meet the"save money"strategy of college students,and in line with the operator profit target.
