实验员参与高职文秘专业实训教学的几点思考

摘　　要：当前高职教育中实训教学环节越来越重要,实训教材、实训师资等问题也开始凸显,发挥实验员的作用,可以达到多方共赢的效果。实验员可以在实训教材的编写、课堂实训教学、实训室管理、精品课程网络课程建设等四方面参与高职文秘专业的实训教学。要充分发挥实验员在实训教学中的作用,对于实验员提高待遇、培训提高和全面发展是重要的保障。At present,practical training teaching is becomingmore and more important in higher vocational education,but theproblems in training materials and teachers are also prominent,while laboratory technicians can help to achieve a win-win effect.Laboratory technicians can participate in the practical trainingteaching of secretary major in four aspects:training materialcompilation,classroom training teaching,and online course constructionfor excellent courses.To give full play to the role of laboratorytechnicians in practical training teaching,is an importantguarantee for the treatment improvement,professional improvementand comprehensive development of laboratory technicians.
