互联网背景下“95后”大学生就业价值取向探析

摘　　要：互联网的高速发展给"95后"大学生创造了新的挑战和机遇,他们在就业价值取向上也表现出新的特点和方向。文章从强化思想政治教育工作、完善高等院校就业辅导体系、科学合理改善专业课程的设置、增加实践应用研究方面出发,对"95后"大学生如何甄别机遇并接受挑战提出建设性对策。这对于引导"95后"大学生树立正确就业价值取向具有重要意义。The rapid development of the Internet has created newchallenges and opportunities for"post-95s"university students,and they show new features and directions in the employmentvalue orientation.This paper puts forward constructive countermeasuresfor"post-95s"university students to discriminate theopportunities and face up to the challenges,including strengtheningthe ideological and political education work,perfecting theemployment counseling system of colleges and universities,improvingthe setting of professional courses,and increasing the researchof practical application.This paper is of great significanceto guide"post-95s"university students to establish a correct employmentvalue orientation.
