摘　　要：通过构建以供应链管理服务为研究对象的开放式创新模型,提炼供应链管理的"零边际成本化"路径,并整合供应链管理在不同应用条件下的业务模式,研究结论显示,供应链管理服务商对供应链管理进行开放式创新的战略目标是基于互联网以及云计算、大数据技术应用成熟的前提,依托物联网,融合供应链运营中的资源,驱动供应链运营的边际成本趋向于零。具体说来,一是传统成熟的封闭式创新或协同性创新仍局限于以供应链管理服务商为核心,其供应链管理综合绩效因受制于内外部资源无法充分流动与融合,因而难以高效降低边际成本;二是开放式创新在供应链管理服务的业界已经出现,并且成为供应链管理服务商新的竞争力来源;三是开放式创新战略需要成为供应链管理服务商的前瞻性、战略性行为,并以此改变服务商的供应链管理服务模式,获取新的价值增长点。By establishing the open innovation model taking supply chain management service as the study object,the authors extract the“zero marginal cost”path for supply chain management and integrate the different business patterns in different application condition of supply chain management.It is found that:the strategic target of open innovation made by supply chain management service providers is based on the Internet,cloud computing,and the mature application of big data;the target is to integrate resources in supply chain operation depending on IOT and driving the marginal cost of supply chain operation to be nearly zero.First,the traditional close-end innovation or coordinated innovation is still limited by taking supply chain management service providers as the core;the comprehensive performance of supply chain management will be constrained by the not liquid and integrated internal and external resources;and the marginal cost can not be effectively reduced.Second,open innovation is emerging in the field of supply chain management service;and it has become the competitive source of supply chain management service providers.And third,open innovation strategy should become the perspective and strategic behaviors of supply chain management service providers;and the service pattern will be changed to obtain new value growth point.
